JoymaxTR Advertising Rules and Private Server Promotions Information

Rule Updates:​

Private Server Advertisement Section Rules​

Ad Content:​

• A promotional text or banner is mandatory for advertisement topics.
• Your website must display the JoymaxTR logo. 1. Logo Blue - 2.Logo White - 3.Favico White - 4.Favico Dark

Topic Title and Structure:​

• Topics can only be created for the specific server being advertised. Adjustments for another server are not allowed.
• Topic titles cannot be changed later. Please select a permanent title.

Advertisement Fees:​

• Regular topics require payment. Additional fees are necessary for pinned topics.
• Only one topic can be created with each payment. Multiple topics are not allowed.
• If your server shuts down or you wish to stop the advertisement for any reason after the topic is published, refunds are not available.

Activity and Server Status:​

• If the server shuts down or becomes inaccessible, the topic will be moved to the "Closed Servers" section.
• Topics moved to this section cannot be edited or restored.

Viruses and Harmful Content:​

• If the website advertised contains a virus, trojan, or harmful content, you will be warned once.
• If the warning is ignored, your topic will be deleted permanently.

Comments and Feedback:​

• An open advertisement topic must accept both positive and negative feedback.
• If you do not want to accept negative comments, you may lock your topic.
• You can report slander, insults, or defamatory content in your topic to the management.

Advertisement Links:​

• Only links to your server's website and social media accounts are allowed in the topic.
• Links or logos of other hosting companies, forums, or websites are prohibited.

Botting and Spam:​

• Using bots, fake accounts, or spam to promote your topic is forbidden.
• Such actions will result in the deletion of your topic without a refund.

Title and Content Rules:​

• Titles cannot be changed frequently. Choose a title that won't require modification later.
• Resetting an existing server and continuing under a new name in the same topic is prohibited.

Promotional Images:​

• Only images related to your server's website, social media accounts, and server logos can be used in your topic.
• Using visuals or content from other companies will result in topic deletion and account suspension.

Archiving and Closed Servers:​

• Servers that are inactive or closed by their administrators will be moved to the "Closed Servers" section and archived.
• Topics moved to this section cannot be edited, deleted, or restored.

Legal Responsibility:​

• Users are responsible for the content they share on the forum.

Consequences of Violating Forum Rules​

Topic Deletion:​

• If you violate the rules, knowingly or unknowingly, your topic will be deleted.
• Violations will result in consequences regardless of your awareness.

Administrator Discretion:​

• Deleted topics and penalties may be removed or reduced at the discretion of the forum administrators.

Account Termination and Blacklist:​

• Users who violate the rules or display inappropriate behavior or language towards administrators will have their accounts permanently terminated and blacklisted.
• Blacklisted users will lose the right to advertise on the forum, whether paid or unpaid.

Irreversibility of Deleted Topics:​

• Deleted topics cannot be restored. However, management may use discretion to reinstate topics in exceptional cases.

Apologies and Error Reversal:​

• Apologies or acknowledgments of errors by users do not guarantee the restoration of deleted topics.
• Advertisements or topics will not be reinstated regardless of the circumstances.

Refund Policy:​

• Users who violate the rules are not eligible for refunds.
• Refunds are not available if the advertisement is canceled or the topic is deleted.
